Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIMES
Once your purchase is complete and payment received, we will process your order within 1-2 business days. Orders will be processed on weekdays. If a purchase is finalised on a weekend, the order will be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING TIMES
Our trusted suppliers will ship your purchase direct to your door. This means that shipping times will vary between our products. Check the product page for specific shipping times for each product. An estimated shipping time will be provided on completion of the purchase. We will keep you in the loop with regular email updates as to the status of your shipment.
If you purchase multiple products, your order may arrive in different packages at different times.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are included in the purchase price. The price you see on the product is the price you pay to have it delivered straight to your door!
On rare occasions, additional costs may be charged for rural deliveries. We will advise if this is the case before your order ships.

DELIVERIES
By default, your product will be delivered by one courier driver. Therefore, you will need to be at home to receive your product, and you may be required to assist with unloading. If this is not possible, please let us know at purchase time and an additional driver may be added for a fee.
