No, our Canine ToughCrate has not been crash tested as yet. We are looking into the process for crash testing this crate, however this will be a while away yet.

We handle the tracking for you! Since we ship directly from our suppliers, customers don’t have direct access to tracking. However, we’ll keep you informed—letting you know when your order is on the way and providing updates along the journey.

Our longer shipping times are actually for your benefit—they help us keep our prices as low as possible. We ship our products via sea freight directly from our international suppliers. While this takes longer than air freight, it significantly reduces costs. Air freight is much faster, but it's also far more expensive, which would mean higher prices for you. By using sea freight and shipping directly to you, we avoid extra costs like holding stock, renting warehouse space, and employing warehouse staff. This means we don’t have to add those costs to our prices, allowing us to offer high-quality dog equipment at the most affordable prices in New Zealand. So while the wait is longer, the savings make it worth it!
